What can I do when my machine is not working anymore?
When your machine stops working and you haven't reach your 1 year guarantee limit. You can send it back to our office.

Can other needles fit on the beyond?
We only know that our needles fit on the Beyond. We don't know if others can also.

What can I do when my needles are defect?
If this happens often please reach out to us. Send us a email at [email protected] Explain in detail what your problem is. If you have a video or picture add it in the attachment. We may ask you to sent your defect needles to us so please keep them. We will try to get to a solution with you.
